Flow Calibration Data
Flow calibrations were first performed on the channel to test flow and obtain preliminary values of pressure and shear stress.
Flow Simulation Data
SolidWorks flow simulations were performed on the channels. Cut and surface plots were made of flow velocity and shear stress. The images of the plots can be found in this document.
Channel Pictures and Analysis
Pictures of the channels were taken under 100x magnification and later analyzed using ImageJ. These images for every trial can be found here.
Excel Data and Graphs
Data from the ten trials analyzed in an Excel sheet. Graphs were generated from the percent of cells remaining vs. shear stress using data from heights and flow rates.
