Violet’s award was based on her idea to “launch an in-store entertainment for Avon Products Inc. to attract multiple generations by promoting the creation of a series of fashion events featuring local independent fashion retailers and designers at an urban venue, carried out by marketing concepts such as celebrity endorsement, social media contests, and a fashion show that is a signature event that kicks off the concept.” Salor’s idea “focused on the clothing brand Abercrombie and Fitch; [she] proposed that the company implement in-store denim manufacturing to provide the customer with custom-fit jeans.” Congratulations, Violet and Salor!
