Meeting #1
Date: 06 – 03 – 2017
Time: 8:00 PM (Face-to-Face)
Members Present: Abbey Hamilton, Merveille Kavota, McKenzie Kennelly, and Xinjie Li
Topics Discussed: Lab 7 Post-Lab
Objective:
Today’s main focus was to work on the progress report for lab 8, update the project portfolio, and finalize the second possible design that will be used in performance test 1.
To do/Action Items:
- Complete code that will be used in performance test 1 by Tuesday, March 6 (Abbey H, Merveille K, McKenzie K, Xinjie L)
- Continue updating project portfolio (McKenzie K)
Decisions:
- The reflectance sensors must be moved from the L-shaped arm to the T-shaped arm when it is time to test the second design
- Both designs must be tested on the overhead track.
Reflections:
- Because the current and the second designs have not been tested on the overhead track, the code used during the performance test will most likely need to be adjusted during lab.

Meeting #2
Date: 21 – 03 – 2017
Time: 8:00 PM (Face-To-Face)
Members Present: Abbey Hamilton, Merveille Kavota, McKenzie Kennelly, Xinjie Li
Topics Discussed: Lab 8 Performance Test 1 Post-Lab
Objective:
Today’s main focus was to work on the progress report for lab 9-, update the project portfolio, and develop the two different codes that will be utilized in performance test 2 of lab 9.
To do/Action Items:
- Finalize the two codes that will be used in performance test 2 by Wednesday, March 21, 2017(Abbey H, Merveille K, McKenzie K, Xinjie L)
- Continue updating project portfolio (McKenzie K)
Decisions:
- The codes will be created using similar command calls and ultimately will be focused on control of the propellers in both directions.
Reflections:
- Before performance test 2, the 2 arduino codes must be created so one code can be chosen and modified during performance test 2.

Meeting #3
Date: 30 – 03 – 2017
Time: 8:00 PM (Face-to-Face)
Members Present: Abbey Hamilton, Merveille Kavota, McKenzie Kennelly, and Xinjie Li
Topics Discussed: Lab 8 Performance Test 1 Post-Lab
Objective:
Today’s main focus was to work on the progress report for lab 10 and update the project portfolio.
To do/Action Items:
- Decide which of the two codes will be the final code used for the AEV by the end of Performance Test 3 (Abbey H, Merveille K, McKenzie K, Xinjie L)
- Continue updating project portfolio (Abbey H, McKenzie K)
Decisions:
- The final code will be based off of which of the two codes is more likely to complete a run on the track while fulfilling MCR requirements, even if it is less energy efficient than the other code.
Reflections:
- Before PT3, the team must be capable of using the Design Analysis Tool quickly.
- Before PT3, the team must have a good understanding of how the marks work to successfully create the final functioning code.
