Objective:
Today’s main focus was to finish the progress report for lab 2 and begin the progress report for lab 3.
To do/Action Items:
- Complete progress report for lab 2 by 9 P.M. on Saturday, February 3, 2017 (Abbey H, Merveille K, McKenzie K, Xinjie L)
- Complete progress report for lab 3 by 9 P.M. on Monday, February 6, 2017 (Abbey H, Merveille K, McKenzie K, Xinjie L)
- Read Lab Manual for lab 4 before Wednesday, February 8, 2017 (Abbey H, Merveille K, McKenzie K, Xinjie L)
Decisions:
- The AEV Controller final drawing will combine all four team member’s sketches to create the most efficient AEV design.
Reflections:
- To create a successful AEV design, all team members must do their individual drawings first.
- The new command calls used and the wind tunnel results will help the team make decisions when completing the Mission Concept Review.

Decisions:
- Finalization of the progress report for lab three must be done before lab 4
Reflections:
- Lab manual for lab four must be read by all team members

Objective:
Today’s main focus was to work on and complete the progress report for Lab 4.
To do/Action Items:
- Complete individual drawings of AEV design by 02/07/2017 (Abbey H, Merveille K, McKenzie K, Xinjie L)
- Read Lab Manual for lab 4 before Wednesday, February 8 (Abbey H, Merveille K, McKenzie K, Xinjie L)
Decisions:
- The team will meet on February 10 and February 13 to complete the progress report for Lab 5.
- The team will start working on the extra credit video on February 10.
- Questions about the use of the 3D printer will be asked about to Rahel and/or Schrock during their office hours on Monday, February 13.
Reflections:
- In order to understand the upcoming lab, all team members must read through the lab manual for that week. This will help the team complete the lab during the allotted time.

Objective:
Today’s main focus was to begin work on the progress report for lab 5.
To do/Action Items:
- Complete progress report for lab 5 by 02/14/2017 (Abbey H, Merveille K, McKenzie K, Xinjie L)
- Complete extra credit video (Abbey H, Merveille K, McKenzie K, Xinjie L)
Decisions:
- Each “role” (coder, physical builders, etc.) must be known by each member to ensure the lab period is seamless.
Reflections:
- Members will review AEV design, as TAs recommended a more efficient model.
- In order to understand the upcoming lab, all team members must read through the lab manual for that week. This will help the team complete the lab during the allotted time.

Today’s main focus was to begin work on the progress report for lab 6, update the project portfolio, and develop a new design for the AEV.
To do/Action Items:
- Complete progress report for lab 6 by 02/21/2017 (Abbey H, Merveille K, Xinjie L)
- Continue updating project portfolio (McKenzie K)
- Finish redesigning AEV by Lab 6 (Abbey H)
Decisions:
- The project portfolio must be shared with the instructors.
- The new design must be tested on the rail system.
Reflections:
- The project portfolio should be updated during each team meeting.

Today’s main focus was to complete work on the progress report for lab 6, update the project portfolio, and discuss the new AEV design
To do/Action Items:
- Continue updating project portfolio (Abbey H, Merveille K, McKenzie K, Xinjie L)
- Prepare concept screening scoresheet and concept scoring matrix before Lab 6 (Abbey H)
Decisions:
- The new design must be tested on the rail system during lab 6.
- The project portfolio must be shared with all group members..
Reflections:
- The AEV design will be tested specifically with both arms (L- and T-shaped) and different wheel placements.
