EHE Staff Survey Report

Every two years (starting in 19-20), the EHE Staff Advisory Council surveys EHE staff to assess the current state of staff experiences and identify ways to better support and enhance the climate and culture of the college. The survey addresses multiple areas of staff experiences, including:

  • Job Satisfaction and Work Climate,
  • Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion,
  • Supervision and Team Dynamics,
  • Flexible Work and Space,
  • EHE Core Values and Community Pillars, and
  • General Feedback

The survey results provide useful insights into staff experiences and professional needs, while also revealing areas that require attention. This report summarizes the key findings from the survey and presents a set of recommendations for EHE leadership to consider.
