Diversity & Equity Subcommittee Commitment Statement

Responding to the articulated needs of EHE staff members, The Diversity and Equity subcommittee was created to provide EHE staff with easily accessible resources related to diversity. Aligning with the offices and initiatives related to this work (e.g., EDGE and the EHE ROTATE model), this committee’s primary goal is to curate resources that EHE staff can leverage to address racism. Resources are specifically designed to provide EHE staff with information that can be used to address racism aligned to the five EHE performance management competency areas: 1. Global Competence; 2. Perception Management; 3) Respecting Diversity; 4) Listen; and 5) Include and Engage Others.
