I am a future physician. I am also a Christian. there are some things being discussed currently (like assisted suicide and abortion) that completely go against what I believe as a healer and a Christian.  this is a reminder that Christ was right when He said that we may be persecuted and may not always have the popular opinion. Like Quentin here. And does he look like he’s backing down? Yeah. I don’t think so.

About Me

Hello! My name is Emily Davis, but you can call me Emma. I am a first-year undergraduate student in Biological Science Scholars. At the end of this semester, I hope to apply to Honors and do both for my four years! I am majoring in Biochemistry with a pre-med track. I am planning on getting my MD/PhD and going into oncology research. I am actually a cancer survivor, myself! I my favorite subjects are anatomy/physiology and psychology! I love art, and I paint constantly when I visit home with my mother. I am not from the city, and it’s a big adjustment for me. I grew up on a creek with 8 acres of woods to play in, so the Oval is probably one of my favorite spots on campus! despite the adjustments, I am so excited to be here and to have this wonderful opportunity!
