About Me

Hello to anyone reading this, welcome to my site. I am Anushka Das, an undergraduate freshman at THE Ohio State University. I am currently majoring in Psychology and PPE (Philosophy, Political Science and Economics), and I am also a member of the Politics, Society and Law scholars program. I plan on attending Law School and pursuing international law.

I am originally from Delhi, India and I moved to Dublin, Ohio in seventh grade. Moving here was a drastic change for me as I had to adapt to a new culture and language. However, moving to the U.S. also gave me an opportunity to pursue my dreams of attending a college in the United States. My unique background of coming from another country has definitely helped shape me into who I am today.

Out of the many things I enjoy doing, like wasting time watching Tik Tok, I am also an avid reader. I am currently involved in the Psychology book club, and we are reading The Man Who Mistook His Wife for a Hat. I am also reading Biased by Jennifer Eberhardt for one of my classes. And for a personal fun read, I am currently reading The Righteous Mind. If you can’t tell already, I love reading.

Besides reading, I spend my time hanging out with friends, exploring new food in the city, and procrastinating on my homework. I am excited to see what the next four years at OSU hold for me. I hope to get involved with extracurriculars, find my community, meet new people and explore my interests further.
