Dante Della Vella is a 2nd-year master’s student in the Cognitive Systems Engineering Lab at Ohio State University under Dr. Mike Rayo. He has been instrumental to multiple human-machine teaming projects, focused on evaluating the performance of socio-technical systems by observing the interactions between human operators and machines. His current research focuses on expanding the field of resilience engineering by investigating the potential of resilience design strategies to address societal challenges and create more resilient communities. Dante completed his undergraduate degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering at Ohio State with a minor in Science and Technology Studies and will receive his Masters degree in May of 2022.
