IMPActS Workshop

About
The IMPActS workshop is a lightweight practical process used to ‘stress tests’ proposed interventions for organizational changes to assess them for their potential impact in making a desired change. The workshop assesses 5 factors: Ideas, Model alignment, Pragmatics, Actors, and Sustainment, and they represent barriers to making impact that need to be overcome to drive sustained change.
