Students directly admitted to the HWIH major will not be required to apply to the major during their first year. Students must maintain certain criteria to maintain their direct admission status. Information on maintaining direct admission status can be found here in the student handbook. Students who do not maintain these requirements after two semesters will be placed in Pre-HWIH and will be required to re-apply to the HWIH major through Graduate and Professional Admissions.
