Windows file services have been restored.

The windows file server is back on-line.

WinFS is still down for maintenance; I’m having BSODdriver problems.

The windows file server WinFS will be down for about an hour tonight at 10PM for system upgrades. Access to files on this server will be restored around or before 11PM.

Most of the chemistry network has been unavailable since 11:47AM this morning. we are diagnosing the problem and will update this page as soon as possible. Thanks, John Puskar.

A software problem has occurred causing the following services to go offline:*NFS, Chemistry Email, Some web services, Workstation authentication.Restoring the services is our top priority, and a reboot of all linux workstations will be needed later today.

The Chemistry mail server is experiencing an outage. We are aware of the problem and still in the process of diagnosis. – 9:23AM 01/13/11.
