You are probably accustomed to accessing your files on WinFS and LinuxFS via Samba (smb). But how do you access your files on these resources remotely? This is a guide for Mac OS X users.
1. Get MacFusion (http://www.macfusionapp.org/)
2. If you are using Snow Leopard you will need this workaround: http://rackerhacker.com/2009/08/28/fix-macfusion-on-snow-leopard/
(Essentially you open a terminal and run this command: rm /Applications/Macfusion.app/Contents/PlugIns/sshfs.mfplugin/Contents/Resources/sshnodelay.so)
3. Create an empty folder as a mount point:

4. Start MacFusion and create a new entry (this screen shot show it already created):
5. Configure the connection (screenshots of tabs 1 and 3):

Use your own username and directory path- mine is shown for example.6. Save your settings and click mount. You will then be able to access your files via the empty directory you created earlier as though they were local files. That’s all there is to it.
