License Server Outage

We we’re experiencing issues with the license server this morning.These issues have been resolved. Let us know if you experience problems with connecting or using software that requires a floating license.

Chem Backbone is down

The issue affecting all of McPherson and part of Celeste is a backbome outage. Jim is flipping our network over to the backup links.  Network service should be restored shortly if the backup link performs as designed.

PRINT is back online

An unexplained spike in disk activity, memory usage, and CPU locked up the server. After a hard reboot printing appears to be back online and functioning.

Outage During Maintenance Window- This Friday 03.20.09

Most of the IT infrastructure is going down for a firmware update this friday at 8:00PM until 12:00PM.This includes the windows file server, DNS, the departmental website, printing, software license servers, sharepoint, our trouble ticket system, and the terminal server.This represents the first site-wide outage of these services since our installation of the cluster about 6 months ago. Thank you,John Puskar
