When you send email to support@chemistry, a ticketing system tracks your request for help. Typically this system manages responses to your communication.

The ticketing system in not sending emails like it is supposed to. While we troubleshoot this system, please feel free to follow up if your request has not received a timely response.

If you requested help in the past by using the support@chemistry.ohio-state.edu email address, you may have received a batch of erroneous emails this morning due to a glitch with our ticketing system.

We apologize for the inconvenience. Ignore these emails unless you feel it warrants follow up- we’re happy to clarify the status of any work you are expecting (or not) from IT support.

Mail server access restored and being watched. Further issues will warrant additional downtime with notices posted here.
