Wifi: All guests can use the WiFi@OSU network for basic internet access. Participants from participating academic institutions should use the eduroam network for faster speeds.
We recommend you arrive in the morning/afternoon of July 30 and depart either in the evening after 6:00 pm on July 31 or in the morning of August 1. We also suggest that you fly into John Glenn International Airport (CMH), which is a short 15 minute ride to/from Ohio State.
If you are a sponsored participant, please book your flights yourself and request reimbursement after the conference. Please save your receipts. You will need to submit a vendor_setup_form and PreTrip_Worksheet to Jaimie Mollison (mollison.4@osu.edu) to be reimbursed for other travel expenses. Please submit these forms by May 31, 2019.
We recommend staying at the conference hotel, the Blackwell Inn (https://www.theblackwell.com/). If you are a sponsored participant, then your room will be booked for you (fill out the registration survey by May 31 to indicate the nights you need). If you are not a sponsored participant, you can book your room in our room block.
The Blackwell has a complimentary airport shuttle, with more information available here: https://www.theblackwell.com/transportation.htm. Alternatively, you can take a
taxi/Uber/Lyft etc.
Shuttle Information: The Blackwell shuttle must be scheduled in advance. There are pre-arranged pick up times that are followed, so when you schedule the pickup you will be informed of a pickup time. The shuttle has technically been discontinued but is being provided specially for our group, so if you call the front desk they will inform you the shuttle is not available. Instead, please contact the Blackwell concierge, Beth Wroe, directly (614-247-4050 or wroe.4@osu.edu) to schedule the shuttle.

If you are driving to OSU and staying at the Blackwell, please use the valet parking at the Blackwell. If you are driving in and not staying at the hotel, we recommend parking in the Lane Ave or Tuttle garages.
