Ninth Week at Arsenal and Bath

Hi Everyone!

Renovations are now completed at the training center this week! This means it is getting closer to the season for soccer. I have been tripling, setting up lines for painting the soccer lines, and weeding this week. All of the soccer teams, from the Arsenal Ladies to the First Team, are practicing for their respective seasons on a daily basis.

Me and Jane Austen

This past weekend I decided to travel west to Bath, England. Known as the last known place of the Roman Baths, Bath is a interesting city with a unique history. It is also the place where Jane Austen, my favorite author, lived for a few years with her Dad. It is known that a few of her books were based in Bath. I enjoyed my time in Bath by paying a visit to the Jane Austen Center where they have a scientifically accurate wax figure of Jane. I also visited other parts of Bath including the Royal Crescent and the Royal Victoria Park.

Later on this week I will be visiting Emirates Stadium and White Hart Lane, which are home stadiums to Arsenal and Tottenham. I will be posting another post later on this week about this upcoming trip. Can’t wait!
