Due to limited space, all participants must submit either an abstract or an application to attend the workshop.
Participant categories are:
- Invited speaker (25 min talk + discussion) — must submit an abstract
- Local speaker (15-20 min talk + discussion) — must submit an abstract
- Poster presenter — must submit an abstract. A few submitted abstracts will be upgraded to short oral presentations.
- Attendee (without presentation) — must submit an application
The due date for abstracts & applications is April 7, 2017 for priority consideration.
Decisions will be announced by April 14, 2017.
Subsequent abstracts/applications will be considered if space is available.
A limited amount of travel assistance for students and postdocs is available.
