The first year of graduate school can be very stressful and there are a variety of OSU services that are available to help students to cope with various emotional health challenges. Counseling and Consultation Service (CCS) offers both individual and group counseling in addition to workshops and other services. At CCS, students can get help with the following:

- Eating Concerns
- Feeling Overwhelmed
- Academic Adjustment
Additionally, CCS has therapists who can conduct sessions in other languages, including:
