On Tuesdays and Thursdays, each intern gets the opportunity to delve into the intricacies of his or her specific area. One supervisor who works in the interns chosen field oversees him and her and helps answer any questions an intern might have pertaining that career path. Over the seven week period and minimum of 100 hours, the supervisor provides an intern with meaningful work experience in a professional setting, whether it be through tasks helping members in the office or an individual project.
