I am, a hydrogeologist, seeking to understand groundwater flow in deep and shallow heterogeneous subsurface on both small and large scales.
My current research focuses on the global submarine groundwater discharge (SGD). In specific, I seek to understand the changes in quality and quantity of SGD resulting from increasing population and urbanization globally. My background is numerical and experimental studies on aquifer heterogeneity using hydraulic tomography. I’m also interested in heat and solute transport in the subsurface, hydraulic fracturing, and reactive transport modeling. I am searching for an academic position at assistant professor level and research position in both academic and industry. If you are interested, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
