My hometown and interest
Hi, I am Zhang Yansong. I come from China. Now I live in an island in the south part of China, Hainan. My family is made up of four members, father, mother, big brother and me. All of hem are so busy that we don’t have many conversations or family activities. I don’t have many interests or hobbies. But I love jogging and got the first prize in the school sports. Actually, I don’t spend much time on training it before the race. My classmates and me like chasing each other during the break time. I think that’s the reason why I could get the first prize. Also I love work out. Maybe I will learn the guitar in the future since music is the best choice to kill time when I feel bored.

My High School and Interesting Experience
My high school is Hainan Overseas Chinese Middle School. It is a public school with great reputation in Haikou and attach importance to the traditional culture, like bamboo dance. Bamboo dance as a group dancing requires highly cooperation and great difficulty. Each fresh student will learn and show the bamboo dance in first year with classmates as a group . Bamboo dance is a kind of dance belong to a minority called Li. And Li is the native population in Hainan. Luckily, we get the third prize in the race of bamboo dance, which is worthy for our three months spending on designing and training it.

My plan of the future
I choose to study in OSU for its great reputation and some of my friends also study here. I plan to study four years here for the graduate degree. I expect to make a few but true friends. Actually I don’t have exact plan for the future. I don’t know I will still be the economic major because I think AI and programing are very interesting. Economy is important for the chaos and limited resource world. But I think technology is the real power that can improve the economy and life and the whole world indeed.
