Zachery (Zac) Beres currently serves as a Visiting Assistant Professor of Evolution, Ecology, and Organismal Biology at Ohio State University’s Lima campus. He currently instructs Biology 1113 (Energy Transfer and Development) for majors. Zac completed his PhD in spring 2019 from the Department of Evolution, Ecology, and Organismal Biology under the direction of Dr. Allison A. Snow and minored in Statistical Data Analysis. Zac earned his Bachelor’s of Science from Walsh University with majors in Biology and Chemistry and a minor in Mathematics in 2013.
In his off time, he enjoys traveling, hiking, camping, swimming, woodworking, and spending time with his wife and dogs.
