Addgene Plasmids

We’ve deposited several plasmids with Addgene that may be used as qPCR standards.

HIV-1 late reverse transcripts

HIV-1 2LTR circles

HIV-1 self-inactivating vector with a large deletion in U3, 2 LTR circles

We have published a method to express and purify nuclease-free Pseudomonas putida protocatechuate 3,4-dioxygenase (PCD) for oxygen scavaging systems. The PCD plasmid is available through Addgene.

Pseudomonas putida PCD alpha (pcaG) and the beta (pcaH) subunits.
