The Wooster Car Pool Calendar is a resource for FAES Faculty, graduate students, post docs and staff to share rides to Columbus and to the Ag Research Stations.
(If you can’t do this in the Outlook app, use the web version to add the FAES Wooster Car Pool calendar to Outlook) If you are going to drive to Columbus and would like to add your trip(s) to this calendar, go to Outlook and create an event. In the title include your Destination – Email Address. In the “Invite attendees” field enter FAES Wooster Car Pool and click on that account to select it. Select the start time when you will be leaving Wooster and the end time when you will be getting back to Wooster. Click the send button and your event will be added to the FAES Wooster Car Pool calendar. Any information added in the description field will NOT be visible on the shared calendar.
If you need a ride to Columbus for a meeting/event, you can check the calendar and contact the driver directly to see if there is room and to make arrangements.
