Alpha Kappa Psi

In my first semester here at Ohio State, I had the opportunity to become a member of Alpha Kappa Psi, a professional business fraternity.  Throughout a period of nine weeks, the 24 members of our pledge class experienced tremendous personal and professional development.  We were able to engage in practice interviews and case competitions, enhancing our business and presentation skills, while also meeting some of our best friends.  I had the opportunity to serve on the executive board of our pledge class as the Vice President of Operations.  Pictured in this artifact are the three members of our executive board.  It was a tremendous experience, and I was able to learn a lot about myself.  I know that I will cherish this experience and the friends I have made for life.

About Me

My name is Zach Woodke and I am enrolled in the Fisher College of Business here at Ohio State studying Finance with minors in Real Estate and Music, Media, and Enterprise. I am originally from Cincinnati, OH, and throughout high school I developed a love for leadership through my involvements in football, baseball, and Student Council. I have a desire to learn and am always looking to challenge myself. Here at Ohio State, I am a member of the Business Scholars Program, through which I have experienced leadership development and the opportunity to engage in service. I also joined Alpha Kappa Psi, a professional business fraternity, as well as Building People Through Movement (BPM), an organization that raises money for inner city athletic programs. I have enjoyed attending football games, and I hope to expand my experiences and explore the city of Columbus in the coming years.
