In this choice-based simulation, you will watch five interviews from employees in the King County Library System. Through careful study of each interview, you will gain an additional perspective on the library system’s troubled implementation of the Year 2000 Plan and video loan period extension. Each employee comes from a different level of the organizational hierarchy, so make sure to review the organizational chart that is provided for you.
At the end of this simulation, you will respond to a series of open-ended questions where you can make your own assessments and conclusions about the library system’s difficulties with decision making. We highly recommend you take diligent notes as you carefully review each video.
