Exhibitors Not Comfortable Showing Animals
- For health concerns, if your family elects not to show at the fair this year, that is okay. We respect your decision. In order to receive your premium money, you will need to submit a photo or two with your animal and let us know the following information:
- Name
- 4-H Club or FFA Chapter
- Years in Project
- Name of project
- What you enjoyed about your project
- Something you learned this year about your project.
- Send this information to Jessica Runkel at runkel.8@osu.edu
- This information will be aired in a PowerPoint presentation in the Show Pavilion during the day, instead of in your club’s booth display.
- Regardless of why you decided not show, please contact your club advisor so they are aware of your decision. Many advisors enjoy attending your shows as a way to support you.
- Please note that as long as you had your 4-H project books and feed records reviewed by an advisor for completion, you successfully completed your 4-H project.
- Showing at the fair is not what determines 4-H project completion, though it’s often the favorite part of taking a livestock project.
Camping
- Camping will still be an option for families.
- Watch for more details from the Williams County Senior Fairboard.
- Please note camping regulations must follow the State and Health Department guidelines.
