The Wicked Science Undergraduate Certificate is a groundbreaking interdisciplinary program designed to equip students with the skills and knowledge to tackle complex, real-world challenges, also referred to as wicked problems.
This innovative certificate consists of five courses, including one elective. The program welcomes students from diverse academic backgrounds, fostering collaboration, and diverse perspectives. Flexibility is a cornerstone of the program, allowing students to complete the certificate in 1 to 4 years. While courses can be taken in any order, the capstone course 5515: Careers for Wicked Scientists, serves as the culmination of the program and must be taken after completing of the other courses.
