- The Nail Holder has two main pieces. This is the front view of a standard Nail Holder. Between the two main pieces there is a space purposefully left open to allow removal with the opposite side of the hammer.
- The nail holder is a relatively small shape to allow cheap production and versatility. Being in a high impact environment it is critical to create longevity, but also give an option to buy the other variations and a larger quantity if used frequently.
- Side view of the Nail Holder. Similar to Command Strips, the flat part of the product, which is to be the wall side of the product, has dimensions for a cheap adhesive. The materials would ideally be made out of plastic for durability, but for cheaper prototype versions may be made out of foam.
- Variations. The Nail Holder can also be versatile in situations where you need a nail driven in at an angle. There would also be a variation allowing screws to be easily used alongside a drill.
- The process for the Nail Holder is shown here. A simple attachment to the wall where the nail is secured in preparation for the hammer. Once the nail has reached the base of the holder it is removed using the back end of the hammer. The nail is then driven in the wall, finishing the nail process. In conclusion, the adhesive strips would be removed by their pull tab.
