Laser Tape Measure- Sid

This is the top view of the tape measure. The main feature in this view is the toggle on/off switch that allows the screen showing the measurement to stay on the screen for an extended period of time. While this toggle is turned on the switch will turn the color red alerting the user that the toggle is on.

This is the bottom view of the tape measure. The main feature of this side is the batter holder. This device will take two AAA batteries to charge the laser tape measure to keep the device in working order.

This is the right side of the tape measure. The main feature on this side is the display screen, the change settings button, On/Off button, and sticker displaying the max length of the tape measure. First, the display screen shows the distance measured by the laser tape measure. Second, the change settings button allows for the user to change the units the tape measure measures in. It can change from inches to feet or from centimeters to meters. Third, the On/Off button simply turns the device on or off.

This is the left side of the tape measure. The main feature on this side is the detachable end piece. This device is detachable from the tape measure and the allows the user to measure areas without a sold surface behind it. It can also attach to walls allowing the user to hold the tape measure and measure behind the wall. Example shown down below.

This is the detachable end piece in use. This device allows the user to hold the tape measure and measure the distance to the wall plus the thickness of the wall as well. This device could also be used to measure a distance on floor without having a sold surface behind it.

This is the typical use of the tape measure. This allows for a quick and easy measurement of distances between the tape measure and a solid surface.
