- YP4H portal opens for 2015 incentive program.
- Faculty/staff and enrolled spouses/same-sex domestic partners can complete the PHA and begin earning points for the 2015 YP4H incentive program.
- Faculty/staff hired (or newly eligible) between August 1, 2014 and January 4, 2015 will begin their 60 day period to complete the PHA, including required health values, to maintain medical plan choice.
