February

OSU’s theme for February is Maintaining A Healthy Weight!

New Year, New Me. You hear this over and over at the start of a new year. Many people make resolutions that they are going to lose weight or keep a healthy weight when this time of year rolls around. We all know how it goes though – the gyms are full and you can barely find an open treadmill for the month of January and then the number of people slowly dwindles down to where it was. Maintaining a healthy weight is so much more than just gym time and it can be done in ways that keep you motivated and help you achieve your goals! Show 2015 what you’re made of!
