In the field of personalized learning, the implementation of technology is studied, highlighting its application and the myriad benefits it brings to students. However, concerns about potential job losses among educators were addressed and solutions were proposed to alleviate these concerns and ensure a balanced education ecosystem.

The paper also explores in depth the field of improving teaching efficiency by using online resources. The integration of digital tools and the automation of assessment and feedback are identified as key drivers for improving teaching efficiency. At the same time, opposing views emphasize the need to strike a balance and avoid over-reliance on technology, suggesting the integration of traditional teaching methods.
