Enrollment forms must be signed by the youth, a parent/guardian, and a club advisor. Enrollment forms must be turned in to the Wayne County Extension Office no later than April 1, 2015 at 4:30 pm. Projects enrolled after this date will not be eligible for exhibition at the 2015 Wayne County Junior Fair!
