Value Proposition: Supply an efficient, environmentally friendly, and cheap laundry service to those who cannot afford, do not have
access, or are simply fed up with the traditional laundry process. Research shows that the traditional laundry process is harmful to
the environment and can be unaffordable for certain individuals. People also want a more efficient process that does not divert them
from their daily and more important activities. By solving these problems, we can provide the smoother, cheaper, and stress-free
laundry process that all of us crave.

User Segment: Our primary user segment (~60,000) are OSU students and our potential solution can affect future segments of
individuals that cannot afford the traditionally laundry process, and individuals that do not have appropriate access to a washer or
dryer, such as people that live in big cities.
