Ben is someone who manages the company from the inside. He is responsible for spotting patterns found in research and testing and fixing these patterns to fit the team’s needs. Ben is not only a collector of data analysis, but he is an interviewer who uses his ethical and interpersonal skills to ensure the interviewee is comfortable.
Adam Claus: Graphic Designer, Interviewer:
Adam designs the website and markets products to customers. He also helped conduct interviews to get the opinions of potential end users. Adam uses consumer feedback to market products to potential customers. He uses his knowledge of what consumers are looking for to make our products appealing to our targeted audience.
Cali Halperin: Head of R&D:
Cali is involved in with research and development to better our product at SubNova. She makes decisions that will shape our product into the best product through her research. Cali has a creative and innovated mind to impact SubNova in a positive and transformative moving forward.
Collin Lang: Data Recorder, Interviewer:
Collin conducts research to be analyzed within the company. He then uses these findings to influence the decision making progress within the company. He is partially responsible for design-oriented aspects which cater to user needs and cost efficiencies.
