SoulCycle Marketing Project

Through this marketing project, I learned about how to change a company’s demographic. I learned about celebrity endorsers and how social media can boost a company’s credibility as well. With my SoulCycle project in particular we analyzed it’s strengths and weaknesses in the field and figured out what they could do to give them a competitive edge against other fitness companies. In addition, I looked at how the company can grow and diversify their products.
