I chose this picture as my second artifact because it marks my full transition into college.  The guy next to me is named Hussam and he is one of my very close friends from high school.  This photograph was taken during Halloween where we literally bumped into each other wearing the same thing.  Hussam graduated a year earlier than me but we still stayed in contact as he went to Ohio State.  After starting college here at OSU, I’ve turned to Hussam numerous times for advice and general tips for success.  He has been an incredible resource and someone that I can truly trust.  Hussam and I are both Pre-Medicine students, so we have very similar ideals and worth ethics.  I stated that this photo marks my full transition into college because after looking at it, I know that high school is completely over.  The classes here are more challenging, however, they are manageable through hard work and dedication.
