MARKET ANIMAL ARRIVAL & WEIGH IN: Animals will be weighed at the Washington County Fairgrounds on Friday, September 4.
- The Rabbit & Poultry Barn gate will be open during weigh-in for rabbit and poultry.
- Trucks/trailers headed to the Livestock Barn will enter the gate on Fair Ave, drive past the Jr Fair Building, enter the gate and then head toward the Main Gate. Unload and then Exit the Main Gate to leave or go park your trailer at the Golf Range.
Please note the following schedule for social distancing:
6:00 – 7:00 pm: Market Lamb Weigh-in Multi-purpose Building
6:00 – 7:30 pm: Market Rabbit & Turkey Weigh-in Rabbit & Poultry Barn
(Note: Turkeys will be housed in the old Sheep Barn)
7:00–8:00 pm Market Goat, Weigh-in Multi-purpose Building
7:30–9:00 pm Market Chickens, Weigh-in Rabbit & Poultry Barn
8:00-8:30 pm Dairy Feeder, Weigh-in Multi-purpose Building
8:30-9:00 pm Market Steer, Weigh-in Multi-purpose Building
- Only one exhibitor and one parent will be permitted to help move the animals from the truck/trailer, through weigh-in and on to the stall/pen. Once the animals are in place, exhibitors are asked to leave the fairgrounds.
- Masks and social distancing are required.
