Tips for Members – Preparing for 2020 Project Judging
2020 4-H Project Judging Guidelines (what to bring, etc)
Overview & Timeline:
- All Special Interest Projects will be judged at the club level by club advisors for 2020. There will not be a county-wide event on July 16
- Face-to-Face judging interviews are preferred. However, if necessary advisors could interview and judge a member virtually. Virtual interviews must have at least 3 people present; advisor, 4-H member, and a third person. Virtual interview will also need to include video or photos of the project book.
- If needed OSU Extension can schedule judging appointments for special circumstances or members with Winning Plans
- There will NOT be county-wide Make-up Project Judging (August 3) offered for 2020
- July 31 – Advisors return Project Judging Completion Rosters to OSU Extension
