Study scheduler is an app that can set up studies tasks on a certain date and time. It can not only remind you of your schedule but also check the level surrounding noises for you. This app can help you get on track with your work and keep you from distracted by the environment.
Advantage: Reminder, noise detection. Disadvantage: You must set up a schedule yourself.
Trello
Trello is an online note board that allows users to design their own to-do lists and schedule. It allows you to separate your to-do list into different categories and provide you a clear view.
Advantage: Trello can separate your to-do list into different categories. Disadvantage: Internet required. 
Notability
Notability is a note-taking app on both IOS and Macbook. It is one of the most convenient note-taking apps that I’ve ever used. It allows you to use your hand or touch pencil to write your notes down.
Advantage: This app can import your pdf files and take notes. Disadvantage: haven’t found one.
