My interest is in personal health and fitness, I’ve always been very active and it has been hard to keep that up in college. My goal is to become healthier, so by applying GOALS it correlates to my awareness of myself and who I want to be. I will be doing this along with Ania G, we will be beginning a workout plan to increase our strength and establishing a diet that would improve energy and work production for school. Working in our schedules, we would have a plan every week and every day of when we go to the gym and what we do that day. The first step is making the change to go to the gym and sticking to a meal plan. Of course my first goal is not weight loss, just fat loss. By feb 20 I hope to have increased my strength by 10% and lost 1 inch around my legs and mid section. I would also work in running and biking every week to supplement the workout routine. I plan to begin this right after my final on dec. 6.
