The Faculty FIT Program of the University Institute for Teaching & Learning are a set of coordinated learning experiences for new/developing teachers and their mentors at The Ohio State University. The year-long programs focus on professional development for instructional faculty at differing levels of experience, and particularly strive to engage faculty new to Ohio State. This approach will help individuals as they establish their place (or “fit”) at the University, as well as support and advance our campus culture of teaching excellence.
For 2016-2017 academic year, the Faculty FIT Program will begin with a day-long kick-off event introducing the program, as part of the University’s New Faculty Orientation.
