Students are required to have health insurance. You will be automatically enrolled in and billed for the OSU Comprehensive Student Health Insurance plan if you do not make a selection by the deadline each year. Students who are enrolled exclusively in online, distance-learning courses are not eligible to purchase the OSU Comprehensive Student Health Insurance.
