The Ohio State University, Chief Wellness Officer, Bernadette Melnyk, PhD, APRN-CNP, EBP-C, FAANP, FNAP, FAAN and the Buckeye Wellness team have teamed up to offer “Staying Calm and Well in the Midst of the COVID-19 Storm” to cope with and stay well during the COVID-19 pandemic.
This program has been adapted for early adolescents aged 10-14 years old. It will be delivered by Ohio State students from the Colleges of Nursing and Education and Human Ecology!
This six-week, online webinar series, starts on Wednesday, June 24 at 10 a.m. It is open to children of all ages, but with a focus on middle-school aged early adolescents who may need this information and resources more than we know. These webinars will equip your children with easily digestible but important knowledge and skills to sustain well-being during and after the COVID-19 pandemic.
Practical evidence-based tactics and resources will be provided in each session. The skills learned should build participant strengths to last well beyond the pandemic.
