Dr. Heather Tubbs Cooley is a pediatric nurse and health services researcher in the Colleges of Nursing and Medicine, and a Principal Investigator in the Center for Perinatal Research at the Nationwide Children’s Hospital Research Institute. Additionally, Dr. Tubbs Cooley is a faculty affiliate of the Ohio State University Translational Data Analytics Institute. The Tubbs Cooley lab is a social science laboratory focused on the organization, delivery, and outcomes of nursing care and nurse-delivered services, primarily in pediatric and neonatal settings.
