Dr. Heather Tubbs Cooley is a pediatric nurse and health services researcher in the Colleges of Nursing and Medicine and a Principal Investigator in the Center for Perinatal Research at the Abigail Wexner Research Institute at Nationwide Children’s Hospital. Additionally, Dr. Tubbs Cooley is a faculty affiliate of the Ohio State University Translational Data Analytics Institute. She leads the Health Through Care lab, a health services research laboratory focused on the organization, delivery, and outcomes of nursing care and nurse-delivered services primarily in pediatric and neonatal settings.

- Intensive longitudinal matching of data from nurses and patients to causally model effects of care on outcomes
