October 6: Early and mail-in voting begins, request mail-in ballot, absentee ballots may be dropped off at your County Board of Elections; 3. October 27: return completed ballot by mail for timely arrival; 4. October 31 at noon: absentee ballot request form must be received by the County Board of Elections; 5. October 31: Extended 2020 census deadline; 6. November 2: mail-in absentee ballots must be postmarked; 7. November 3: Election Day, absentee ballots must be dropped off at County Board of Elections by 7:30pm
