2020 marks the 75th anniversary of National Disability Employment Awareness Month and the 30th anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Held each October, NDEAM aims to educate about disability employment issues and celebrate the many and varied contributions of America’s workers with disabilities. Throughout the month, we will be highlighting our working students and employer partners.

  1. Ohio’s Statewide Consortia provides a pathway to employment for transition-age youth with intellectual disabilities. So many young adult do not have clear employment goals or career paths after high school. Attending a Transition to Postsecondary Education for Students with ID (TPSID) program gives young adults more time to explore careers, identify a career pathway and gain the skills needed to enter than career.

We are excited to offer this program at The Ohio State University!!!
