Buckeye Precious Plastic provides a workspace on The Ohio State University campus that allows people to recycle, shred plastic, melt plastic, inject plastic into molds, compress plastic into molds, and create with their plastic material. Our goals are to educate and provide guidance on the process of recycling plastic waste to promote a creative way to recycle on campus and in the Columbus area. We have general body meetings bi-weekly on Wednesdays and hands-on labs every Thursday and Friday for anyone who is interested!

It shall be the purpose of Students for Recycling to build a coalition of student organizations to promote recycling, to raise awareness about recycling on campus, to raise money to assist the already established Ohio State Recycling Program, and to provide education on the impact of waste disposal, privatized water, and sustainable lifestyles. Our organization has meetings every other week to learn more about recycling and sustainability and plan events. Additionally, we have off-campus street cleanups to help make a small impact on the environment around campus and advocate for more responsible waste disposal.

Wellness Advocacy is a newer student organization, starting only two years ago, but already making a big impact! We promote and advocate for the Ten Dimensions of Wellness to be a centralized part of the student experience as well as create a space for wellness-related organizations to collaborate and partner on various projects and events.
